Yearbooks are now available to pre-order! During the pre-order period (through January 16, 2026), yearbooks are $75.

Once late sales begin on January 17, 2026, quantities will be limited and books will be available for $100. 

Two ways to order a yearbook:

• Complete this order form and return it to Uxbridge High School with payment. We can accept either cash or a check payable to the Spartan Yearbook.
• Go to yearbookforever.com and select our school to purchase online with a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal. There is a service fee for online orders.
