Uxbridge High School is a public, comprehensive school with grades eight through twelve. It is accredited by the New England Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the Massachusetts Department of Education. Uxbridge High School graduated 99% of its Class of 2018 of 117 students, and, of those students, more than 93% attended further education. Beginning in 2018-19, UHS will house grades 8-12, a population of about 600 students.
    The current building for UHS was opened in September of 2011 and is listed by the Massachusetts School Building Authority as a model school. 
    UHS is a member of the National Consortium of Secondary STEM Schools and is the first New England affiliate program of the nationally-recognized CAPS Network.
    UHS has approximately 90 staff members, including educators, counselors, paraprofessionals, cafeteria workers, and support staff.
